JAKARTA - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) provides incentives in the form of discount vouchers for people interested in installing Rooftop Solar Power Plants (PLTS).
The goal is to encourage new and renewable energy-based power plants (EBT). The Rooftop PLTS incentive program is called the Sustainable Energy Fund (SEF) Hibah.
The SEF grant will be given based on a performance-based payment mechanism using an e-voucher. The applicant must pass the verification stage against the fulfillment of the requirements and criteria that have been determined.
If the application is approved, the incentive payment is made once in full according to the value of the e-voucher via bank transfer to the applicant's account number.
Requirements for PLTS Roofing Incentives:
There are three requirements for an incentive application that must be met. First, the applicant is a PLN customer who will/is in the process of installing a rooftop PLTS and has not operated (not yet installed net-metering) as of December 1, 2021.
Second, the applicant must include information regarding the Population Identification Number (NIK) or Business Identification Number (NIB), where one NIK/NIB can only submit one application for each category of PLTS Roofing Incentive customers.
Third, incentives do not apply to Rooftop Solar Power Plants financed from government funding sources (APBN/APBD) or assistance/donors.
The criteria that applicants must meet to get incentives, namely a contract with a PLTS Rooftop Business Entity/EPC, must be registered in the 'licensed business' category at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. The list of these businesses can be viewed via https://siujang.esdm.go.id/Dokumen/Daftar-Badan-Usaha-Detail.
The applicant must also show proof of PLN approval, NIK/NIB information, bank account number of the PLTS Roofing customer, Letter of Operation or document from the manufacturer, Statement of Completion of Installation and Payment issued by the Business Entity/EPC, and photo of PLTS Roof installed with GPS coordinates information. To purchase a PLTS Roof through an installment scheme, it must include proof of transfer to the lender.
How to apply for the Rooftop PV mini-grid:
1. Visit the www.isurya.mitre3.id page
2. Click register in the upper right corner
3. Fill in the personal data in the form of; Name, NIK, Home Address, Email, and Password.
4. If all the personal data are filled in, click the Register menu
5. If so, you can directly login via the email and password that was previously registered.
6. Submissions can be direct by choosing which category suits your needs. Within this category, there are eight categories, namely Household, Business B1, Business B2, Industry Category I1, and Industry Category I2. As well as social categories consisting of S1, S2, and S3.
7. If selected, the applicant will be asked to re-fill their data and attach the required files.
8. Registrants/applicants will also get an e-voucher disbursed if they pass verification.
